Kharmika is experienced in both residential and commercial real estate across the Triangle and Triad regions of North Carolina. She has helped first time buyers make the leap from renting to homeownership, move up buyers strategize both buying and selling simultaneously, downsizing sellers preserve their wealth, business owners buy and lease optimal work spaces, and investors create and expand wealth through multifamily investment.

Kharmika previously spent five years working as a U.S. Diplomat, serving in Mexico and the Netherlands and have visited over 18 over countries. She studied three foreign languages and worked with people from a range of backgrounds. She applies an analytical and data-driven lens when helping clients make the best decisions for their situation while providing unparalleled customer service. Kharmika grew up in Greensboro, NC and attended UNC-Chapel Hill and Duke University and enjoys spending time with her husband and Pomeranian puppy.
