As a first time home seller, I appreciated the courteous, prompt, and efficient responses of the Alston Real Estate Group staff to my questions and concerns. Ms. Kharmika Alston provided professional guidance with warm empathy and kind persistence. Selling a home of 30 years, I required educating on the many stages of this important and rigorous process. Ms. Alston's patience, clarity, encouragement, and expertise on the 2026 real estate market in Durham and in my neighborhood brought us to a successful conclusion. Equally significant to me was her support for my priorities and values throughout the journey of preparing the house, showing the house, and negotiating terms. In this recommendation, I offer my respect and thanks for our mutual contributions to a job well done!
